Who we are
AIOBLE builds and operates websites, client portals and marketing tools for businesses. In this policy “we” means AIOBLE, and “you” means a client whose site or portal we operate.
For the websites we build, our clients decide what is collected and why; we act on their instructions. For the client portal itself, we decide, and this policy describes that.
What we hold
- · Portal access. The email addresses permitted to sign in to a client's portal, and a shared password for that client. These are access credentials for a business account, not personal profiles.
- · Content you create. Text, photographs, captions and drafts you make in the portal, including images you upload or generate.
- · Contact lists. If your portal includes email, the names, addresses, phone numbers, tags and — importantly — the unsubscribe and suppression state of the people on your list.
- · Connected accounts. If you connect a social account, an access token issued by that network and the identifier and name of the account it belongs to. We do not receive your password for any network.
- · Site data. Listing details, market figures and traffic statistics drawn from your own website and the services you have asked us to read.
- · Operational logs. Ordinary server records of requests and errors, used to keep the service working.
What we do with it
We use it to run the service you are paying for: to show your content back to you, to publish what you ask us to publish, to send the emails you compose, and to tell you when something needs your attention.
We do not sell it, we do not use it to train models, and we do not use one client’s data to serve another.
Social accounts you connect
When you connect a social account, that network issues us a token that lets us act for you within the permissions you approve. We use it only to publish what you have approved and to read back whether the post succeeded.
- · We do not read your private messages, your friends, or your followers.
- · We do not post anything you have not approved. Posts arising from changes to your listings are prepared as drafts and wait for you.
- · You can disconnect an account at any time in the portal, which discards the token immediately.
- · Revoking our access from inside the network — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or X — also ends it, and needs nothing from us.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of providers to run the service:
- · Vercel — hosting, storage of the images and documents the service produces, and the database behind your portal.
- · Resend — sending the email you compose.
- · Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn and X — only when you connect those accounts, and only for what you have approved.
- · xAI — generating the illustrations you ask for. The description you type is sent; your contacts and your content are not.
- · Plausible — privacy-focused website statistics, which do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors.
Each holds data only to provide their part of the service. We do not give your data to anyone else, and there is no advertising network in this list.
How long we keep it
Your content stays while you are a client, and for a short period afterwards so that an account closed by mistake can be restored. Contact records and their unsubscribe state are kept for as long as the law requires them to be honoured — an opt-out has to survive a re-import, which means the record of it has to survive too.
Images used in emails and social posts are kept indefinitely on purpose. An email you sent last year still loads its pictures when someone opens it, and a published post still points at its image; deleting those would break records of things already sent.
Deleting your data
Write to privacy@aioble.com and we will delete what we hold for you and confirm when it is done.
If you connected a social account and want only that removed, disconnect it in the portal, or revoke AIOBLE from that network’s own settings. Either ends our access at once.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to see what we hold, correct it, take it elsewhere, or have it deleted. Ask us and we will help, without charge and without making it difficult.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell the clients it affects rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
