The AIOBLE App Contest
Official Rules
Version 2026-10-20
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances. Void where prohibited by law.
1. Sponsor
The contest is sponsored and administered by AIOBLE INC., 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958 (“AIOBLE,” “we”). Questions: ideas@aioble.com.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of AIOBLE, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible. Entering on behalf of a company is permitted if the person entering is authorized to agree to these rules and the Submission Terms for it, and the person is named in the entry.
3. Entry window
Entries open 20 October 2026 and close 15 December 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT). Entries received outside this window are not considered. AIOBLE’s servers are the official clock.
4. How to enter
Complete the entry form at aioble.com/ideas. An entry consists of the written answers on the form and, optionally, a link to mockups, a prototype or a demo, and up to three attached files (PDF, PNG, JPG or WebP, 3.5 MB total). One entry per idea; a person may enter more than one idea. There is no fee to enter. Entries are subject to the Submission Terms, which are part of these rules.
Do not include confidential information, trade secrets, personal data about other people, or material you do not have the right to share.
5. Judging
This is a contest of skill. Entries are read by the AIOBLE team and scored against five published criteria, each weighted as shown: clarity of the idea and its user (25%), market and revenue potential (25%), feasibility on AIOBLE’s platform as a native iOS app (20%), design readiness, meaning sketches, mockups, prototypes or a clear visual direction (20%), and the entrant’s ability and willingness to stay involved in the build (10%). Judges’ decisions are final. Ties are broken on the clarity score, then the market score.
6. Selection, notification and the agreement
Up to 3 entries are selected. AIOBLE may select fewer, including none, if in its judgment no entry meets the bar. Selected entrants are notified by email within 30 days after the entry window closes, at the address on the entry.
Selection is conditional. A selected entrant receives a development and revenue-share agreement to review and must sign and return it within 21 days of notification. If the entrant does not respond, declines, or the parties cannot reach agreement in that time, the selection lapses and AIOBLE may choose an alternate entry or leave the place unfilled. Nothing is built, and no rights beyond those in the Submission Terms pass either way, unless and until that agreement is signed by both parties.
7. What winners receive
AIOBLE funds, designs, develops and publishes the selected app on its platform, at AIOBLE’s expense, under the terms of the signed agreement. The agreement sets out the entrant’s revenue share, the parties’ respective ownership of what each contributes, the entrant’s role in the build, and the conditions under which either party may end the arrangement. There is no cash prize and no substitution for cash. The scope, timeline and features of the build are determined by AIOBLE in consultation with the entrant. Any taxes that may apply to what an entrant receives are the entrant’s responsibility.
8. Your idea stays yours
Entering does not transfer ownership of your idea or your materials to AIOBLE. The limited rights you grant by entering, and the important notice that AIOBLE may independently develop similar ideas, are set out in the Submission Terms. Please read them.
9. General conditions
- · AIOBLE may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, late, submitted by a bot, copied from another source, or that infringes anyone's rights.
- · AIOBLE may cancel, suspend or modify the contest if fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond its control affects its fair operation, with notice posted at aioble.com/ideas. Entries received before any cancellation are judged if judging is possible.
- · AIOBLE is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, or for technical problems on the entrant's side.
- · By entering, you agree to these rules and to the decisions of AIOBLE, which are final in all matters relating to the contest.
- · Where permitted by law, selected entrants agree that AIOBLE may announce their first name, last initial, state and the working name of their idea. Nothing else about an entry is published without the entrant's consent.
- · This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Apple, Google or any other platform where it may be advertised.
- · These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Privacy
The information you enter is used to run the contest, evaluate your entry and contact you about it, and is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Entries are kept for the contest and for a reasonable period afterward to document the selection, then deleted on request.
